On November 19, at the Intel Connection 2025, Envicool's Pumped Two-Phase Cold Plate Liquid Cooling System was unveiled, attracting significant attention.


Envicool's Pumped Two-Phase Cold Plate Liquid Cooling System, built upon our Coolinside Full Chain Liquid Cooling technology, is an innovative solution designed to address the escalating cooling challenges posed by next-generation, high-power, high-density AI chips.


By integrating advanced phase-change cooling with a uniquely engineered channel design, the system achieve a synergy of low flow resistance and high heat dissipation performance, ensuring both superior heat dissipation and reliable, long-term chip performance.
